La PinAC è un prezioso bene di Rezzato, del territorio bresciano e nazionale. Unica nel suo genere anche in Europa è una collezione fortemente segnata dal carattere internazionale, un ponte ideale con i bambini e i popoli del mondo intero. La collezione storica, iniziata negli anni Cinquanta e fortemente voluta da Aldo Cibaldi, racconta emozioni, sentimenti, pensieri e speranze di migliaia di bambini.

E' un museo dinamico internazionale che raccoglie, cataloga e studia l'espressività creativa dei bambini dei diversi paesi del mondo.

E' una collezione viva che si fa conoscere attraverso mostre, esposizioni e promozione di convegni; una concreta testimonianza del diritto all'espressione creativa e all'approccio all'arte per tutti i bambini e  gli adulti interessati.

E' un centro di studi sul segno infantile che tiene conto anche dei 'pennelli elettronici' offerti dalle nuove tecnologie.

PinAC is a precious art good belonging to Rezzato, to the district of Brescia and to the Italian nation. In Europe it is a unique collection of this kind, it is widely international and represents a symbolic bridge with the children and the people worldwide. It is a historic collection of children’s drawing, started in the 1950s and founded by Aldo Cibaldi. It tells the emotions, the feelings, the thoughts and the hopes of thousands of children.
