Fondazione PInAC presents “Terra! The environment and how we live it by the children’s drawings of PInAC”, an exhibition of 48 children’s drawings from PINAC’s historic collection representing the relationship between humans and the environment. The selection of works depicts the sense of pleasure and emotion linked to aesthetic experiences, intimate and spiritual encounters with the landscape, but along with this they narrate the fears associated with a nature rendered unliveable due to the exploitation by human beings.
The exhibition catalogue presents 12 brief and original accounts by experts in natural and environmental sciences, the authors have chosen an exhibited drawing as a launch pad to generate scrutiny and debate.
